TF 1570 Tealon the sealing plate is a structured PTFE. Due to a unique manufacturing process, with a very high directional orientation of the molecules of PTFE binders and charge it contains microspheres. Therefore, it effectively sealed by clamping forces weaker.
Technical informations :
The TF 1570 is isotropic and bi limiting and greatly reduces the creep, which is usually encountered with conventional PTFE gaskets. This joint is ideal for equipment and coated glass or anywhere you need an effective seal under low clamping force. It preserves greater over time the bolts are tightened.
